It documents an earlier era of the history of the city's waterfront, a subject which interests me greatly.

What does it add to the story of Toronto?

The cover shows a photograph of the club's waterfront club house, located just south of Front Street in the late 19th and early 20th century. This location and its shoreline have been filled in as the city's shoreline has been moved south by lakefilling.

Purchased on ebay.

It was printed prior to 1915.
